The Art of India

Early 2026

Earlier this year, our work was selected for The Art of India, an initiative by The Times of India bringing together a curated body of contemporary pieces for auction.

The works travelled across New Delhi, Jaipur, and Mumbai, moving through distinct cultural spaces while carrying a consistent language of material, detail, and intent. Within this journey, the craft of real silver entered a wider dialogue of Indian art.

Presented within an auction setting, the pieces were considered beyond the visible.

A journey across cities, where context evolved, yet the work remained constant.

Designed by Studio Irvine and handcrafted by the artisans at October, the collection celebrated the meeting of contemporary design and Indian textile craftsmanship on one of the world’s most celebrated design platforms.

October collaborated with Kunal Kyhaan Seolekar for The Park Hotels through textile-led artwork and crafted experiences that brought cultural depth, material detail, and contemporary design into hospitality spaces.
